Date: 2019-09-04 11:47 am (UTC)Since reading your comment, I'm in the process of including art now!
I've never done fanart before and it seems the commonly decided equivalent is on unlined paper. What do you think would be the equivalent? I'm trying to find fanart exchanges to devise a solid minimum. Most fanart seems to be graphic art so I want something more tailored to fanartists than unlined paper. My brain is stuck on pixel size and colors in addition to unlined paper. lol
No far I have:
Finished pieces only, please no sketches or WIP images! Your piece doesn’t have to be colored, but it must be a completed work and cannot be drawn on lined paper. No Copyrighted materials - e.g. photomanips, aesthetics, or gifs.

Some exchanges have a note mentioning that fanart gift is meant as handmade art (digital and with real media, like paper and pencil/inks or cranions etc.), while graphics aren't allowed, and by graphics that means no photomanips, photo captures, moodboards, etc. Some artists make animated gifs with drawn art, instead of captures of scenes from shows/movies, so maybe it could be a good idea to be specific about which kind of gifs aren't allowed? I hope this is helpful.
