Signup Instructions:

What do I need to include in my sign up?

Your sign up must include at least 1 request and offer. For your request, a description of what you like and dislike is required so your creator has an idea of what you’d like to receive. Are you more of a fluff fan, or do you prefer something dark? Would noncon or character death ruin a fic for you? You can include a list of tropes you like or prompts to let your creator know here. Or you may put "anything goes!" and nothing else in the signup if you like.

If you receive a gift that includes anything you listed as a dislike, you will go out to pinch hit as long as the dislike(s) is included in the description box. Your dislikes must be in the AO3 signup to be enforceable.

What are the minimum and maximum amount of requests I can make? What about offers?

You must request and offer a minimum of 1 Fandom and are allowed a maximum of 10, with a minimum of 1 Relationship/Character per fandom and a maximum of 20.

Hi! Just wondering. Is the character section in the signup actually meant to be there? I checked the rules and here, and I haven't anything about it, did I missed the explaination?

It looks like someone already caught the issue with Julian Bashir/Ezri Dax being nominated twice, but also wanted to let you know I spotted a relationship tag with the names in the wrong order: "Benjamin Sisko/Jadzia Dax."

I nominated them (under my AO3 username SirenOfTitan) in the opposite, correct order, since that's something that might cause people looking to request or offer the ship to think it's not there (since it doesn't come up if you search "Jadzia Dax/" in the relationship tags on the sign-up form).

Also, I have a question about a technical issue that came about with my nominations. I tried to nominate "A Stitch in Time - Andrew J. Robinson" since novels largely seem to be nominated separately from their originating series, but the sign-up sheet changed that automatically to "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" as the fandom (which I'd already requested for other tags), and since that's an approved fandom, I can't change it. Is there a way to fix that on your end and let me nominate that book as its own fandom? The tags under it were all specific to the book. I nominated a different DS9 book (The Lives of Dax) and there are other DS9 books that are in the tagset nominated separately, so I'm not sure why that issue is happening with specifically A Stitch in Time.

My AO3 username is SirenOfTitan.

Edit: It's also not letting me edit my nominations anymore because of this, because every time I try to I get the error message "you seem to be nominating Star Trek: Deep Space Nine more than once" but the form also won't let me change that. So I really need help with this.

I just wanted to get my sign-up ready, but when I open the link provided in this post I get the AO3 message "You are already signed in." Which, I think, I would remember doing so XD Any help, please?

Besides, I noticed that "Fortunes of War" is listed twice in the Uncategorized Fandom section - once as "Fortunes of War - Diane Carey", and then further down as "Star Trek: Fortunes of War (Diane Carey)"
